Unicorn Mane for fairy locks!

I've never reviewed a product before. But now that I got stuck with lots of different products all half full, maybe it's better for me to jot down the ones that are really worth getting... again! So I'll start with one of my new can't live withouts!

A Beatiful Life's Unicorn's Mane smoothing serum. I got it from Urban Outfitters for USD $16 and it's worth every penny! Better than the $50 and above hair serum range on the market.

It has this wonderful, rounded almost fruity scent that lasts for several hours. It's main ingredient is argan oil, which has a distinct smell of its own, that's why I think that there's a higher concentration of argan oil in contrast with the other ingredients because I can definitely smell it on this one!

               (Pardon my fug nails!)

I use this mainly at the ends and it keeps my hair free and also acts as some sort of detangler. I have long, thick hair and I don't blow dry even on winter (unless it's a very, very cold day!) so I think it's important for me to just keep it tame during the day. On the back of the label it says use 5 - 10 drops but I use 15 at least, depending on how long I feel like it's gonna take me to put more on during the day. So if I feel like it's going to be a busier day than usual and that I'm going to need that little extra peace of mind, I go for 16 to 25 drops. And at the end of the day I don't regret it. My hair never got greasy from this product and leaves it shiny in a natural way (I hate it when my hair looks like I just showered, the whole day!) I also noticed less hair fall while using this product. I do use it while my hair is still damp and on mid day when I need a touch up (that is when I didn't put enough during the morning). My hair feels softer and smoother to touch and smells wonderful for hours.

And now for the cons! I really don't have anything bad to say about the product itself but rather about the packaging. The label is great. I love the graphic navy unicorn against that vintage yellow background. The simplicity of the label gives it almost an indie 60's feel. And the blue bottle is sturdy. I dropped mine a couple of times (from what I recall, never exceeding almost 2.5 feet high) and it's still intact. Although I don't recommend dropping it on purpose else you'll be wasting some wonderfully good oil blend!  My only qualm is that the nozzle for the oil is a bit too small. I reckon that's the main reason why I go over 20 drops because sometimes I don't even get much of a drop in one go. But that's just me being lazy. Lol

Anyway I definitely recommend this if you are all for organic and natural products that just not promise but also deliver... And deliver good! I don't use a blow dryer and this makes my hair look good without it, as well as nourishing it at the same time. I feel good using this product and most importantly... I know for sure it works for me. I hope it does for you too, but in sure it will. :) if not, it's only 16 bucks and still you've got a good hair serum!
